Trailhead Integrated Services provides outpatient mental health therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families in Beckley, West Virginia, with a primary focus on children and youth ages 3–21.
We support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, aggressive behaviors, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and significant behavioral challenges. Our therapists work with individuals experiencing everyday difficulties as well as those with more complex mental health needs, including youth transitioning from higher levels of care when outpatient treatment is appropriate.
Our services include individual therapy, family therapy, play therapy for children ages 3–12, and parent coaching. We offer in-person appointments in Beckley and telehealth services throughout West Virginia for eligible clients.
